Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service
The Boat Building Academy is an approved training provider for the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS). enabling eligible service leavers to use their learning credits towards our 40-Week Boat Building Course.
The course includes the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Boatbuilding (Advanced), towards which ELCAS funding can be applied. Any remaining course fees, currently £18,950, are payable by the student. As a charity, we also offer a limited number of bursary places to help support students with course costs. Prospective students are welcome to contact us for further information.
Graduates leave with the City & Guilds qualification, and the Boat Building Academy is highly regarded throughout the industry. Many of our alumni have gone on to successful professional careers in boatbuilding both in the UK and internationally.
